Smith Family Adventures: 2015

OKAY! So this is my first post on our family blog! Let me say, I am extremely excited and have been wanting to do this for quite sometime. Lets just hope A) it's all it's cracked up to be, B) I keep up with it, and C) I actually have people who view it! :-) I was eventually pushed by my Computer Science teacher to create a blog as part of our final. So I decided that I no longer had an excuse!

I have A LOT of catching up to do, when it comes to informing the world of my family and our story so I guess I will just start with some introductions:

Aaron (AKA A-ron, baby daddy, and dad to the cutest little girl ever!)- What can I say about my hunky husband that doesn't make others too jealous :-) jk, no, but really, I am the luckiest girl in the world. I met Aaron when we were 19 and instantly I was smitten. He was in Yakima going to school at Perry Tech, and I was just working at the Olive Garden. There is so much I can say about him, but for now I will keep it short and sweet. This man works hard, and plays harder. He loves his family, snowboarding, gaming, and last but DEFINITELY not least, his car! If it can go fast, he is down, if it is difficult, he is intrigued, and if it is for his family, it comes first. He is motivated and driven, and because of him I am a better person. We have been together for 7 years and this year we will have been married 5! Gah... I really am crazy about this man!

Crystal (Me) - I am the youngest of 8, I am currently in school for nursing, and I love to have adventures! Dancing and singing makes me the happiest, and now being a mom is my whole world. I have had the opportunity to live in many different places, but my dream location would be somewhere near water, and warm all year long! I love my family and look forward to it growing!

Olivia Grace (AKA- Liv, Baby Bird, Baby O, and Olive)- Now this little thing is the most amazing, precious, exhausting, rewarding, inquisitive, and smart little girl! She is my heart and my soul! I never thought that I could love something so much and care for something in my life! I never thought I was selfish before, but man, I sure was! I may not get a shower everyday, or remember to eat, but it is so worth it just to see that she is happy and taken care of. She was born on July 2, 2014 at 5:02 pm, and after that moment I knew that nothing could compare to her. She is crawling everywhere, getting into everything, walking with her walker, and her favorite thing is playing in the dog's water bowl. Be prepared, there will be more blog posts about her than not, as well as some cuteness overloads! (I will provide warnings)

Baby Smith #2- We found out that we were expecting in January, and boy were we surprised! Not that we arent excited, but now I am having to put school on hold for one more year. I am extremely excited that my babies will be close in age, since I am not close to any of my siblings in age. I just hope Olivia is ready :-)

I also have to make one thing VERY CLEAR... WE ARE DUCKS! We love our ducks and live for Football season every year!
